Dispatcher – Flatbed / Step‑Deck (In‑Office) – Oakdale, PA

SNM Logistics LLC is hiring a Dispatcher for our flatbed/step‑deck trucking operation. This is a full‑time, in‑office role supporting 3–5 trucks and helping maximize daily efficiency and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Flatbed/Step‑Deck Trucks
• Book Loads using DAT, Truckstop, etc.
• Negotiate Rates with brokers
• Analyze lanes, rates, and load options to reduce empty miles
• Communicate with drivers and update brokers/customers

Requirements

• Experience preferred but NOT required — we will train motivated candidates
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication & multitasking abilities
• Must work in-office (Oakdale, PA)
• Flatbed/step‑deck experience is a plus

Pay

$60,000–$85,000+ per year
Performance bonuses available — top performers earn more

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Full‑time
• In‑office only
