Dispatcher - Flight School

Part-Time Flight School Dispatcher – San Diego, CA-Montgomery Field
Schedule: | Saturday–Sunday, 8 AM–4 PM
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

About Us:
Coast Flight Training & Management, Inc, is a fast-growing flight school dedicated to helping students achieve their aviation dreams safely. We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage our front office and execute the daily flight schedule. Training will be provided, so a willingness to learn is key!

Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor the daily flight schedule, making adjustments as needed
• Check in and out aircraft for student flights using Coast’s management software (FSP)
• Coordinate with maintenance regarding aircraft discrepanciesAnswer incoming calls professionally, taking messages or directing calls appropriately
• Greet students and visitors and connect them with the right staff
• Process payments for account balances and report transactions following procedures
• Maintain and organize paper and electronic documents
• Ensure the professional appearance and cleanliness of the facility (operations, dispatch, briefing areas, break room, restrooms, etc.)
• Report any issues, including student training concerns, to the Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience, preferably as a receptionist or in a similar role
