Dispatcher for a Locksmith Company

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Salary: 20,000 EGP

Shift Options: Day Shift (On-site) / Evening Shift (On-site) / Night Shift (Remote)

Full-Time Position

We are currently hiring a Dispatcher for a locksmith company serving customers across the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally
• Schedule and dispatch jobs to field technicians
• Coordinate with technicians in real-time
• Provide accurate job details and updates
• Handle customer inquiries and urgent situations efficiently
• Maintain organized communication and job tracking

Requirements:

• Fluent English is required
• Previous dispatching experience is required
• Experience in locksmith, towing, roadside assistance, moving, or similar service industries is preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and responsible
