Join our dynamic team as a Dispatcher for Amazon DSP (Lumana), where you'll play a vital role in coordinating efficient delivery operations and ensuring seamless communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and Amazon customers. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your transportation management expertise, analysis skills, and logistical knowledge to keep our delivery network running smoothly. As a key player in our logistics operation, you will be responsible for dispatching and managing routes, and maintaining accurate data entry to support critical reporting to management and Amazon, timely deliveries and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatching of delivery routes using Amazon's proprietary transportation management systems.
• Utilize GPS and GIS tools to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers via multi-line phone systems, providing clear instructions and real-time updates.
• Manage routing and driver scheduling, ensuring accurate data entry into Amazon's logistics software platforms.
• Oversee fleet management activities, including vehicle status updates and maintenance scheduling.
• Analyze driver data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within the routing execution.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills when interacting with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience with transportation management systems (TMS), GPS technology, GIS mapping, and logistics coordination.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data related to routing and delivery execution.
• Familiarity with dispatching processes, and fleet management practices.
• Proficiency in data entry using systems such as excel and other interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle challenging situations between drivers, Amazon and customers.

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
