Dispatcher for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Company

Position Summary

The Dispatcher plays a critical role in coordinating service calls, managing technician schedules, and ensuring efficient daily operations across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical departments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

<Responsibilities>

• Coordinate and schedule service calls for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians based on priority, location, and availability using Service Titan
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, maintenance, and emergency requests
• Optimize daily routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed in real time
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper job completion and customer satisfaction
• Handle incoming calls, service requests, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records in dispatching software/Service Titan
• Support office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed

<Qualifications>

• Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling (hvac plumbing or electrical a must)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and Service Titan
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
