What the Job Looks Like

You're the hub of the entire operation. Every technician. Every call. Every customer. It all runs through you.

Your job is simple to explain… but not easy to do:

Get the right technician to the right job
Keep the day running efficiently and at full capacity
Keep customers informed when things shift
Support the field without slowing them down

You'll spend your day watching the board, adjusting in real-time,
and making decisions that keep everything moving.

No two days are the same.

The Right Fit Will:

Love solving problems and moving pieces all day
Stay calm under pressure and think clearly
Adapt quickly when plans change
Communicate well with both customers and technicians
Handle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Take direction from multiple leaders and turn it into action

You don't just manage the day. You run it.

Experience & Skills

Dispatching experience is a plus
Experience with ServiceTitan is a major advantage
Strong organization and communication skills are required
Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts at once

Pay & Benefits

Compensation starting around $60K, with opportunity to earn up to $80K+
