Duties
- Coordinate daily dispatching of service technicians and drivers using Service Titan , our service call and transportation management systems, to ensure timely arrivals and efficient routing
- Manage incoming service requests via multi-line phone systems, providing clear communication and setting accurate expectations with customers
- Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and transportation planning tools to optimize routes, reduce travel time, and improve overall fleet utilization
- Enter data accurately into Service Titan system for service orders, and fleet activities
- Monitor service technician movement and call schedules to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift documentation to ensure transparency and accountability
- Communicate effectively with field technicians, drivers, warehouse staff, other dispatchers, and clients to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Service Titan, GPS navigation tools, transportation management systems (TMS), and service dispatch processes
- Proficiency in service technician planning, logistics coordination, and fleet management
- Excellent analysis skills for route optimization and operational efficiency improvements
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette for interacting with customers and team members
- Fast typing skills combined with experience using multi-line phone systems for efficient call handling
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
