Position Overview:
The Service Dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating service calls, supporting technicians in the field, and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations
Manage incoming calls, emails, and service requests
Prioritize and assign jobs based on urgency, location, and technician availability
Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment times and updates
Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed
Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and job statuses
Support the team with administrative tasks and coordination efforts

Qualifications:

Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Familiarity with dispatch or scheduling software is a plus
Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, data entry)
