We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the transportation of vehicles in a cost efficient manner.

```Duties```
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Communicate with drivers, providing them with necessary information and instructions
- Monitor shipments in real-time using GPS and tracking systems
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatching activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of operations
- Assist in fleet management, including vehicle maintenance and inspections

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of Maps
- Bilingual a plus
- Proficiency in using GPS and tracking systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations calmly
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to type accurately and efficiently
