Pace Mechanical Services is a fast-paced, growing air conditioning and heating company serving commercial, residential, multi-family, and restaurant clients throughout the Greater Houston area. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher to join our team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, communicates effectively with customers and technicians, and can keep operations running efficiently throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service, maintenance, and installation calls
• Coordinate daily routes and adjust schedules based on emergencies and workload
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and service updates
• Maintain accurate records in dispatching and service software
• Support technicians with job details, parts coordination, and customer communication
• Monitor technician productivity and job completion status
• Work closely with management to ensure excellent customer service
• Handle incoming service calls and prioritize urgent requests
• Assist with invoicing, work orders, and general office support as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching or HVAC industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional after-hours coordination as needed
