a awesome Lead Dispatcher to assist our Service Technicians…IS THIS YOU:
- ALWAYS be Professional and establish Customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
- Telecommunication / Social Skills
- Having “Empathy” and “Sympathy” but knowing the difference.
- Multi – Tasking
- CONTROLING SCHEDULE BOARD!
- Excellent (“Trusting”) communications with Service Technicians.
- Always assisting and Support Service Technicians!
- Excellent communication with CSR Team.
- Support your Call Center TEAM when necessary.
- Manage the whereabouts of ALL Service Trucks in the daily field at ALL times.
- Keep a close eye on the Daily Scheduler – AT ALL TIMES!!
- Scheduled Appointments: Check each for corrections and/or missed information!
- Scheduled Appointments: Classify correctly info into Service Titan.
- Evaluate Customer scheduled appts: CONFIRM and match correct Technician to correct Call.
- Relay accurate information to Technicians, ensuring proficient, quality Customer experience.
- Direct communication with Customers:
- Update Customers throughout the day on the Technician’s progress.
- Closing out Service Technicians in the system.
- Respond to Customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
- 5-Star Review – Immediately following close-out of job.
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving Customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Assist/Support Service Technicians, CSR Team, Management, Accounting and Owner.
- Complete Dispatch Metrics daily/weekly
- Always Giving Customers 5-Star Service & Care!
