OVERVIEW

Position Summary

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics team. Your responsibilities will range from managing key documentation to assisting with job site preparation, all while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

Schedule

Monday-Friday (1:00 pm - 9:00 pm) with weekend rotation.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication

Communicate professionally and courteously: You'll be interacting with logistics personnel, customers, employees, supervisors, and managers, so strong communication skills are a must.

Customer Care

Ensure customer and client satisfaction: Always provide excellent customer service to ensure our clients are satisfied with our work. You are a go-getter with a positive attitude!
REQUIREMENTS

Experience

Extensive industry and/or dispatch experience. Ability to help develop and improve the customer experience. Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly to others.

Transportation

Transportation knowledge of principles and methods for moving trucks through traffic, including the relative costs and benefits.
