Our client Excel Limousine dba Nyglobal is looking for a Dispatcher (New York -USA) in Lahore.

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher with strong knowledge of New York operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing drivers, coordinating trips, and handling real-time dispatch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate drivers efficiently for New York-based routes
• Monitor trips in real time and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
• Communicate clearly with drivers and customers via phone, email, and messaging systems
• Handle route changes, delays, and emergency situations professionally
• Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local transportation regulations
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably with New York/USA market
• Strong knowledge of New York routes, traffic patterns, and peak hours
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
