Dispatcher, Night Shift

Job Title: Experienced Dispatcher (Night Shift)
Location: Tulare, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term, Exempt
Compensation:
$70,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule:

• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (includes 1-hour lunch break)
• Rotating Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, then 5 days on / 3 days off

We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Dispatcher to join our team. This role is critical in coordinating daily operations, ensuring efficient communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong decision-making skills, and has prior dispatching experience in transportation or logistics.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License
• 3-5 years experience in Transportation industry
• Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
• Knowledge of Electronic Logging Device (ELD) rules and regulations
• Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred, but not required
