Immediate Opening: Dispatcher

Martin Transportation Systems is seeking a highly qualified Dispatcher for our Indianapolis location. The individuals selected will dispatch and manage CDL-A drivers on dedicated, “JIT", round trip loads while safely meeting revenue & mileage goals for drivers and equipment. Candidates need to possess excellent communications and computer skills (satellite tracking & TMW dispatch software), be multi-task oriented, and enjoy a fast paced work environment.

DISPATCHER

• Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday Thru Friday
• Hours: 11pm - 7am
• Candidates must possess excellent communications and computer skills be multi-task oriented.

Requirements:

• Great Customer Service Skills, Drivers are our #1 Customer
• Previous dispatching experience, or closely related experience in the transportation industry
• Willingness to work extra hours when needed
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent computer skills. Experience with transportation industry technology such as TMW and Samsara preferred
• Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
