Dispatcher/ Operator for Taxi Firm

Taxi Guys Limited is a leading UK-based taxi outsourcing and dispatch solutions provider, serving multiple taxi companies with reliable and professional services. With 24/7 operations, we ensure seamless booking management, dispatching, and customer support for our partner firms.

We are currently seeking experienced Operators and Dispatchers to join our growing team for both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls professionally, assisting customers with bookings, queries, and support.
• Accurately record journey details in the dispatch system.
• Dispatch jobs efficiently to drivers, ensuring minimal delays and smooth operations.
• Monitor live bookings and proactively resolve issues such as delays, cancellations, or route adjustments.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, ensuring all information is relayed correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure 24/7 seamless service delivery.
• Follow company procedures, compliance standards, and service-level agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in taxi dispatch, call center, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dispatch software/systems (essential).
• Must be flexible to work day or night shifts as scheduled.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
