🚨 Your Mission
As a Dispatcher / Opportunity Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating our field technicians and managing the daily service schedule to ensure our customers receive the prompt, professional service they deserve.
Your hero responsibilities will include:
⭐ Managing and optimizing the daily technician schedule
⭐ Communicating with technicians throughout the day to adjust jobs and priorities
⭐ Coordinating incoming service calls and ensuring efficient dispatching
⭐ Monitoring call flow and technician progress to keep the day running smoothly
⭐ Supporting technicians so they can focus on delivering heroic service to customers
⭐ Working closely with the team to ensure every customer experience is a great one

✔ Flexibility & Problem Solving – able to quickly adapt and find solutions when schedules shift

✔ Organization & Time Management – able to juggle multiple calls, schedules, and priorities at once
✔ Disciplined Workflow – able to follow company processes and systems
✔ Team Player – communicates well and contributes to a positive team environment
✔ Resourceful Problem Solver – able to locate answers using company tools, training materials, and internal resources before escalating questions to teammates
Experience That Helps
Experience in the trades is not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
Helpful skills include:
✔ Microsoft Office and professional email communication
✔ Strong typing and computer navigation skills
✔ Experience with ServiceTitan or QuickBooks is a plus
