Dispatcher- OTR

We are hiring an experienced OTR Dispatcher for our US logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with a US-based trucking company and strong knowledge of dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load booking and negotiating rates with brokers
• Tracking and tracing shipments
• Driver coordination and route planning
• Ensuring timely pickups and deliveries
• Handling daily dispatch operations
• Maintaining communication with drivers and customers

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–4 years of experience as an OTR Dispatcher (US Process)
• Prior experience with a US-based logistics/trucking company
• Good knowledge of load boards, tracking & tracing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with night shifts (if applicable)
• Ability to work from office (Mohali)
