Position: Patient Care Coordinator "Dispatcher"
Location: Santa Fe Springs Department: Logistics & Operations

As a Dispatcher, you'll play a key role in coordinating the timely pickup and delivery of DME equipment while providing top-tier customer service to hospice partners, patients, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound requests via phone and CRM for equipment deliveries and pickups
• Dispatch orders to technicians through CRM system, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Provide real-time updates and ETAs to customers, including handling delays or issues
• Collaborate with drivers to maintain accurate daily and weekly schedules
• Track and enter driver hours and delivery status logs
• Troubleshoot equipment concerns and ensure rapid issue resolution
• Maintain a strong service mindset at all times

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven dispatching experience
• 2+ years of exceptional customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM tools
• Previous experience in DME or healthcare industry is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
