The Dispatcher is responsible for ensuring that all Durable Medical Equipment ("DME") is picked up and delivered on-time and that Montgomery DME provides excellent customer service to its Hospice Care customers.
Key duties include, but are not limited to: Efficiently receive and process DME equipment deliveries and/or pickups through our phone system and through our CRM system; Dispatch orders to delivery technicians using the CRM System. Ensure that deliveries and pickup updates are provided to customers (including patients and their families) such as driver ETA (including breakdowns or delays), solves issues with ordered equipment; prepare weekly and daily schedules; enter driver hours into daily tracking, etc.
