Responsibilities

• This is a hybrid dispatcher / customer service representative role
• Answer phones and speak with customers to book appointments
• Schedule jobs in our ServiceTitan software system
• Dispatch technicians via our ServiceTitan software
• Outbound call to existing customers to schedule appointments and perform follow ups
• Handle customer requests and complaints
• Perform administrative tasks as the business needs

Requirements

• Top-notch verbal interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude
• 2+ years customer service experience
• ServiceTitan dispatch software experience (Strongly preferred)
• Strong computer skills
• Detail orientation
• Ability to work under pressure in a faced paced environment
• Pass drug test
• Pass background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience taking phone calls in a revenue generating role
• Dispatch experience for a home services company
• Track record of high call conversion rate / appointment booking rate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
