We’re looking for a dependable, experienced dispatcher who takes ownership of their role, shows up every day, and keeps operations running smoothly.

Who This Role Is For

This position is ideal for someone who:

• Has real dispatching or service scheduling experience
• Understands how to keep technicians productive and on track
• Can handle a busy environment without getting overwhelmed
• Shows up consistently and can be counted on every day

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing inbound calls and booking service appointments
• Dispatching plumbing and HVAC technicians efficiently
• Prioritizing calls based on urgency, location, and technician skillset
• Keeping the schedule organized and full throughout the day
• Communicating clearly with both customers and field technicians
• Adjusting schedules in real-time when issues arise
• Ensuring job details and customer information are accurate
• Supporting the office team as needed

Requirements

✔ Prior dispatching or scheduling experience is required
✔ Background in home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.) is preferred
✔ Strong attendance and reliability — this role requires someone who shows up every day
✔ Professional communication and customer service skills
✔ Comfortable using CRM or dispatching software
✔ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced setting
✔ Clean background required

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Full-time
• In-office position (Lexington, SC)
• Occasional after-hours as needed

• $16–$18/hour depending on experience
