Dispatcher (PM)

Transportation Company seeking immediate opening for a Dispatcher. Successful candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be attentive to details, organized and have good communication skills. The ideal candidate will be reliable, dependable, and work well independently.

Duties include but not limited to:

**Coordinate the movements of trucks and drivers.

**Ensure All loads are completed on time.

**Keep an open communication with customers.

**Assigns drivers to trucks and makes sure they have the correct documentation for their work.

**Track all driver's locations continuously. Keep dispatch board updated and accurate.

**Periodically review the global position system to ensure all drivers are accounted for.

**Ability to complete daily sheets required by customers.

**Ability to communicate orally and in written format.

**Must be willing to work night/weekends/holidays when scheduled.

**Must be courteous and hospitable to our office/customers and must be able to speak clearly and professionally when answering phones.

**Must be able to multitask

**Must be a strong problem solver

**Must be able to work independent, with little to no supervision after training

Qualifications:

**Related experience is a plus.
