Qualifications:

<li>Dispatching experience is a plus, but not required</li>
<li>Proficient with computers, and able to learn company software</li>
<li>Ability to multitask: answer driver questions/send dispatches and emails/answer phones</li>
<li>Communicate with leadership to resolve dispatch challenges</li>
<li>Ensure friendly and efficient service to Drivers and Customers</li>
</ul>
