Duties

• Manage Job Production
• Communicate effectively with techs and customers maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times.
• Working on Confirmations of work and jobs with clients.
• Entering jobs into system and canceling and closing.

Requirements

• Proven experience with office like tasks
• Strong analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for engaging with techs, clients, and team members.
• Proficiency in data entry using systems and whats app
• organizational skills and able to keep track of many jobs at one time
• Ability to multitask effectively within multi-line phone systems while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
