Dispatcher / Reefer

Summary:
Responsible for daily dispatch, load planning, and communication with drivers. Ensure routes are optimized and deliveries are on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assign loads and manage driver schedules.
• Track shipments and update dispatch board.
• Communicate with brokers and customers.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip records.

Requirements:

• Prior dispatch or logistics experience.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ELD systems preferred.

Job Type: Full-time / In-office.
