Dispatcher-Service Industry

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an out going individual to fill our dispatcher position experience required. This position is a key position within our Company. We are a family operated business and have been in the Bradenton area since 1978. This is a full time position and hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answering incoming calls, have strong written and oral communication skills, develop service routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day scheduling jobs, mapping and following GPS tracking on our trucks. Other duties of general office will be involved as well

Qualifications and Skills

Dispatcher with a minimum of 3 years experience in service or trucking. Prior experience or knowledge of the waste water, septic industry is helpful but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. Have general roadway knowledge of the area. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, have legible penmanship, be able to follow GPS tracking on our trucks. Ability to communicate from the customers to drivers to management. Develop strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with schedule changes and daily emergencies. Must be prompt and be able to work without being on personal cell phone. Be a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
