Job Summary:
We are looking for a Dispatcher/ Stock Handler to manage and coordinate logistics operations, ensure timely delivery of goods, and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to support efficient supply chain and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor the movement of goods and materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, dispatches, and inventory.
- Track orders and update delivery status in the system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.
- Manage dispatch schedules and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the procurement and warehouse departments for seamless supply chain operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and logistics software/tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
