Taylor Rental Center, North Jersey’s premier provider of party and event rental equipment, is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher Supervisor to join our operations team in Franklin Lakes. This critical role coordinates the daily delivery and pickup of rental equipment, ensuring timely, efficient, and professional service for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch up to 12 trucks and 50 staff daily, optimizing routes to reduce fuel and labor costs while meeting delivery deadlines.
• Authority to make real-time routing, staffing, and field adjustments to ensure on-time, profitable execution of events.
• Track vehicles in real-time and proactively adjust routes to maintain high service standards and respond to changing conditions.
• Serve as the communication hub between drivers, warehouse, and customer service to address issues quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with customer service to accommodate last-minute order changes or special client requests.
• Ensure vehicle issues are reported promptly and maintenance needs are communicated to management.
• Monitor the return of company assets, holding teams accountable for proper inventory control.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills—you'll be the bridge between customers, drivers, and internal teams.
• A take-charge leader capable of running day-to-day field operations with minimal supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of Metro New York and North Jersey geography, particularly Bergen and Passaic counties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfort with technology used for route and fleet management.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and the capacity to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to grow into a broader operations management role as the company expands.

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and customer base.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume dispatch, shipping, or receiving role or significant experience in the party and event rental industry.
• Flexibility to work weekends and variable shifts based on operational needs.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Pay: $58,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience
