Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and confident Taxi(Cab) Dispatch Executives to manage customer calls for Cab bookings in Canada. The role involves answering calls, entering customer details into the dispatch portal, and coordinating taxi assignments. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming taxi(Cab) booking calls from Canadian customers.
- Enter trip details accurately into the taxi dispatching portal/software.
- Assign drivers based on availability and location.
- Communicate clearly and politely with customers and drivers.
- Monitor ongoing trips and update status in the system.
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling, or additional instructions from customers.
- Maintain shift logs and handover notes at the end of each shift.
- Follow company communication and data-handling guidelines.
- Employee will get salary and extra incentives(up to 3500) also as per the performance based.
Key Requirements
- Excellent English communication (fluent speaking & listening).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7) — one person per shift.
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, browser use).
- Ability to handle calls calmly and professionally.
- Good attitude, punctuality, and commitment.
- Willingness to learn the dispatch portal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
