Dispatcher – Trucking Company Urgently hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 6 Days per Week

Pay: Based on experience + performance bonuses

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join a growing trucking company. This role is responsible for coordinating drivers, managing routes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries
• Monitor routes and ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Track shipments and resolve any issues in real-time
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity
• Handle unexpected changes and problem-solve quickly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
