Dispatcher/Broker Representative

This is a second shift position 10:30AM until 7:00 PM. The MOOver is a very supportive, team oriented company looking for customer service skilled people.If you are looking for a supportive team work environment with great people, and great benefits come work for the MOOver!

Responsibilities include:

• Book Demand Response Rides
• Perform necessary communication including answering telephone, radio, and email
• Perform clerical functions associated with position
• Input client data into demand response software, excel or other electronic systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of technology
• Must learn scheduling of trips
• Willing to occasionally drive riders to appointments

Our company is federally funded and therefore the candidate must have a clean background and must pass a required drug screening including marijuana.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
