Freedom EMS is a private, Veteran-Owned, non-emergency Ambulance and SMT service.

Freedom EMS is looking for a non-emergency dispatcher/call taker. If you are currently a medical dispatcher or former, you will LOVE our schedule and work load: onsite Monday-Friday from approximately 8am-5pm. Applicants should have experience dispatching with TraumaSoft software and must be trustworthy.

Non-emergency dispatcher/call taker:

• Assign and close out calls
• Monitor vehicle status
• Update off-times
• Call and communicate with facilities and patients
• Communicate and assign vehicles and drivers
• Vehicles and Schedule
• Problem Solving
