Dispatcher/CSR - In Anthem - Plumbing Company

Liberty Plumbing, in the Phoenix metro area, has 23 years’ experience in the Plumbing industry. We are a licensed, bonded, insured, and family-owned company with big goals. We are looking for personable and motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for a dispatcher with industry experience. Promotions are not based on how long you’ve been here – they’re based on performance.

This is a Dispatcher role, W-2, full-time employment, in-office in Anthem, Arizona, Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This position is responsible for coordinating technicians, scheduling service calls, communicating with customers, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. This position is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced home service environment and knows how to keep the schedule, phones, and customer experience running smooth. The right candidate must have Service Titan experience and prior home service industry experience, providing our customers with top-quality service from the first phone call to the completion of the job.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians efficiently
• Answer incoming customer calls and book appointments
• Communicate service updates with customers and technicians
• Manage daily schedules and route adjustments
• Handle emergency and priority service calls
• Maintain accurate customer records and job notes
• Coordinate with office staff and field technicians
• Assist with invoicing, follow-ups, and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, customer service, and office experience required
• Plumbing, HVAC, or home service industry experience is a plus
• Previous experience with Service Titan
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Basic computer and scheduling software skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Schedule

• Full-time, in-office in Anthem
• Monday–Friday, 7 am to 5 pm
• Occasional after-hours or weekend coordination may be required

Pay

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience, $21 - $23 per hour, plus annual bonus potential of $15K to $25K+ based upon Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
