Dispatcher/Customer Service

Halstead-Quinn, a family-owned energy business is looking for a full time dispatcher employees as we continue to expand. We are seeking team players who are professional, and detail oriented.

Halstead-Quinn is an established and growing HVAC company in Mount Kisco, NY. We are looking for a full time service dispatcher for evenings and weekends. Dispatcher should be willing to work a flexible schedule.

In this position, you would be responsible for speaking with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. You will handle questions regarding delivery, service and billing.

For service issues, you will determine the nature and urgency of the customer call so you can schedule appointments and dispatch technicians. You will track the status of technicians.

The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail oriented and responsible. They should be motivated and willing to work as part of a team.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule is required. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills a must.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
