Dispatcher/Customer Service

We are currently seeking a reliable individual for 3-4 shifts a week as dispatcher/cashier. Both day and eve shifts available. We are a Mobil gas station with a towing business in Amherst. Close to UB, this is ideal for students who live in the area year round. You will learn logistics as a core skill.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answering incoming calls and providing information about towing services and pricing

- Receiving and processing towing service requests and dispatching tow truck drivers- Handling transactions for fuel, lotto, snack purchases etc.

- Handling general needs related to a service station

No experience needed. Training included. Veterans always welcome. Flexible scheduling for students.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
