- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and answering voicemails
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and curteous manner
- Schedule service appointments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Schedule, route, and reschedule service tickets. Create efficient routes that minimize driving and assure timely service
- Invoice clients and process payments
