Dispatcher/Customer Service - Concrete Industry-

Job Description
Responsible for scheduling and dispatching deliveries of concrete throughout Austin and surrounding.

Requirements
·Strong computer, phone and customer service skills
·Excellent communication and organizational skills
·Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
·Position requires extended work hours with ability to handle a stressful environment with multiple and conflicting demands
·Proven record of dependability
·Good attention to detail
·Proficient at using Command dispatch software and knowledge of industry GPS truck tracking systems and expertise in map book utilization
·Experience in the ready mix concrete industry and strong understanding of concrete, admixtures and aggregates
·Knowledge of DOT regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
