Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an outgoing individual to join our team as one of our customer service representatives. This position prefers former dispatching experiences in the HVAC and plumbing trade.

Responsibilities include:

- Answering phone calls from customers

- Scheduling service calls with customers with efficiency and attention to detail

- Have good communication with field technicians

- Following up with customers about service, scheduling, etc.

- Managing the day-to-day schedule for the field technicians

Skills required:

- Outgoing personality and customer service skills

- Drive to learn and work hard

- Understanding of Google Drive programs (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

- Service Titan (Preferred not required)
