Dispatcher/Driver Position

We are seeking a dynamic Dispatcher/Driver to join our team, overseeing two thriving logistics businesses based out of Bayonne, NJ, and Staten Island, NY. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to directly steer company operations and financial strategies, driving us towards market-leading profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Streamline dispatch operations to enhance efficiency and delivery performance.

- Update the bonus policy for delivery employees to motivate and retain top talent.

- Identify and negotiate with cost-effective insurance providers to minimize expenses.

- Implement and manage an accounting system for consistent and accurate financial audits.

- Manage day-to-day business operations, including cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

- Optimize fixed and variable costs such as insurance, telecommunications, fuel, and other operational expenses.

- Develop and implement robust financial strategies and systems to ensure accurate monthly financial reporting and insights.

- Provide weekly operational and financial reports to senior management.

- Manage relationships with key vendors, including those for accounting, hiring, and other essential services.

- Cultivate a vibrant and motivating company culture that promotes growth and employee satisfaction.

- Daily travel between New York, Staten Island, and New Jersey, with the NJ site visits three times a week and weekly offsite meetings with the New York team.

**Ideal Candidate**:

- MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in operations and financial management, ideally within the logistics or related sectors.

- Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Highly motivated, proactive, and possess a charismatic personality to foster a positive work environment.

- Based in New Jersey/New York with the ability to commute daily as required. Ownership of a car is necessary.

- Must be at least 21 years old.

- Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment for at least 2 years.

- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Authorized to work in the United States.

- Must have a clean motor vehicle report. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)

**Compensation**:

- Performance-based incentive of up to 10% of annual profits.
