```Duties```
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipeline
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
```Requirements```
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with SyteLine or Oracle Transportation Management is a plus
- Knowledge of supply chain, 3PL, freight, GIS, GPS, and logistics is beneficial
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
