Job Title: Dispatcher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching <freight> efficiently, analyzing transportation planning data, and utilizing various phone systems. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in fleet management, transportation management, and collaborating with third-party logistics providers (3PL).

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently dispatch to designated locations
- Analyze transportation planning data to optimize routes and schedules
- Utilize phone systems to communicate with drivers and logistics partners
- Collaborate with Fleet Management to ensure timely deliveries
- Coordinate with Transportation Management to resolve any issues or delays
- Work closely with 3PL partners to streamline operations
- Provide dispatching support using GIS tools for mapping and tracking

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dispatching or related field
- Knowledge of freight operations and transportation logistics
- Familiarity with phone systems and communication technologies
- Understanding of Fleet Management principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in GIS software is a plus

Pay: $19.95 - $24.00 per hour
