What you'll be doing:
As the Dispatcher / Logistics Specialist, you will own logistics for C&B, serving as the operational hub between customers, field crews, and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coordinating, adjusting, and optimizing schedules for crews, vehicles, and equipment
- Dispatching mitigation teams based on urgency, location, and operational priorities
- Acting as the central communication hub between office teams, field crews, and trade partners
- Handling new customer calls and job requests with urgency and accuracy
- Monitoring fleet readiness and coordinating service and repairs
- Maintaining accuracy across scheduling and tracking systems
- Supporting surge coordination and changing priorities during busy periods
- Delivering excellent customer and partner experiences through clear communication and follow-through
- Collaborating with operations and leadership to improve efficiency and workflows
- Supporting reporting, KPIs, and operational visibility
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
Ideal experience to be successful in this role:
We're looking for someone who enjoys logistics, coordination, and operational problem-solving.
Required:
- 3+ years of dispatch, logistics, scheduling, or operational coordination experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Reliable transportation to and from the office in Frankford, DE
Preferred:
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience (customer service, sales, hospitality, etc.)
- Experience coordinating field teams or service operations
- Experience working in fast-paced or service-based environments
Schedule:
- Tuesday through Friday
- 7:00am - 5:30pm (30 minute lunch break)
- On-call rotation approximately every 10 weeks
About the pay and benefits:
- $55,000 - $60,000 base salary
- 10% commission, uncapped (should be earning $10k/yr)

- 10% uncapped referral bonus paid biweekly if applicable (approximately $5k-$10k annually)
