Job Description: Pacific Appliance Repair Services is looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist our

customers and technicians alike with the scheduling and completion of appliance repairs!

About Us: Pacific Appliance Repair Services is a local service provider for both residential and

commercial appliance repairs and maintenance throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. We pride

ourselves on our ability to provide effective and cost-efficient repairs for all brands, makes, and models

of appliances and air conditioning/heating units.

About the Position: You will act as the liaison between our customers and technicians, facilitating the

scheduling of appointments and the effective communication of job updates, all while maintaining a

polite and professional demeanor in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The

responsibilities of this position include:

• Answering incoming phone and email inquiries from customers about repair scheduling and

status updates.

• Coordinating appointments with customers for our technicians to assist with their appliance

repair needs, based on customer and technician scheduling availability, as well as the respective

technician’s proficiency with the customer’s appliance type and brand.

• Writing and maintaining accurate notes about jobs in our calendar system, and updating them

as needed.

• Submitting invoices and repair estimates to customers via email and/or text, and following up

about payments and estimate approvals with them afterward.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good organizational habits both in and out of the workplace.

• Strong multitasking capabilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Calendar.

• Prior experience in a customer service position is preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.76 per hour
