Dispatcher – Milk Transportation

KPB Transport is looking for a dependable and organized Dispatcher to join our team in Tulare, CA. This position is responsible for coordinating drivers, scheduling loads, communicating with customers and plants, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Dispatch and coordinate drivers and loads efficiently

Communicate with drivers, customers, and milk plants throughout the day

Monitor schedules, delays, and route changes

Track equipment availability and driver hours

Handle after-hours communication as needed

Maintain accurate records and load information

Assist with problem solving and operational support

Qualifications

Transportation or dispatch experience preferred

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and phone skills required

Knowledge of trucking or milk hauling is a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Must be dependable and detail oriented
