Dispatcher/Office Assistant

Job Summary:

The Dispatcher/Office Assistant will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our towing company. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dispatch role or customer service environment and be comfortable working in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and respond to incoming calls from customers requesting towing services.

Coordinate and dispatch towing vehicles to various locations in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of towing requests, vehicle dispatch logs, and customer interactions.

Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their towing requests.

Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.

Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
