Island Plumbing Inc., a family-owned and operated company, is looking for an Office dispatcher/receptionist who has the ability to multitask, is a fast learner, self-motivated, and able to perform assignments with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have past experience working for a plumbing company.
Roles are but not limited to: -
Assisting the owner and other office staff in the day-to-day running of the office, Customer service, strong attention to detail, answering high volume of phone calls, scheduling appointments and dispatching plumber using Housecall Pro Software based on priority and location., answering customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, and product used, composing and responding to emails in a timely manner,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, Handle emergency service requests promptly and efficiently,Coordinate with plumbers to ensure they have the necessary tools and materials for each job, Invoicing, Communicate with customers to confirm service appointments and provide updates, following up on payment, filing paperwork, keeping the office organized,Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed, helping prepare proposals from information giving by the plumbers,Collaborate with other team members to improve overall service efficiency,Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and job details, filling out and submitting permit applications, keeping track of the jobs and ordering materials as needed and be a critical thinker-using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions.
