Dispatcher/Packer- Malak Al Tawouk

Job Purpose

We are looking for detail oriented Dispatcher who will coordinate between the kitchen and delivery drivers to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient dispatching of customer orders while maintaining smooth delivery operations and minimizing order errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders according to company standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and completeness before delivery dispatch.
• Monitor ready orders and assign them correctly to delivery drivers.
• Ensure all dispatched orders are complete, accurate, and properly packed.
• Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and delivery drivers.
• Track delivery flow to support timely order dispatch and reduce delays.
• Report operational issues or delivery discrepancies to management promptly.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in restaurant operations or dispatch coordination preferred.
• Experience in delivery-based restaurant operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of POS and order management systems.
• Familiarity with fast-paced restaurant environments preferred.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
