Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Safety professional to join our dynamic logistics team. Duties

• Coordinate and dispatch freight shipments using Prophesy Dispatch
• Monitor GPS data to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve overall transportation efficiency using Motive.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and warehouse teams via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
• Conduct safety checks and enforce safety protocols across all transportation activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate data entry for shipping & receiving logs, freight details, and dispatch records using Prophesy Dispatch.

Requirements

• Proven experience with dispatching in a logistics or transportation environment.
• Strong knowledge of GPS technology, Prophesy Dispatch , and supply chain principles.
• Familiarity with transportation planning, freight management, shipping & receiving processes, and 3PL (third-party logistics) providers.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret data for Prophesy Dispatch
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally.
• Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed logs of shipments and safety records.
