Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Main part of the job is booking customers appointments for installations and inspections of there alarm systems, some product information, and issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems
• Support client services by providing detailed analysis of customer feedback and service trends
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Skills
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend suitable products/services
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication with a broader client base
• Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred
• Excellent data entry skills with high typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic computer skills required
• Demonstrated outbound calling experience with a focus on client engagement and relationship building
• Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures to ensure secure transactions

Pay: $23.21 - $30.00 per hour
